It is easiest to explain what this program does with an example.

You have a few pictures in a directory, but you want them to be in a
different order.
- Let's say that the helicopter photos should be gathered
together at the beginning of the list. You drag and drop pictures to adjust
the order.
- Then you save your
changes, and the program renames the files so that they are in the order you
have chosen.
Autorenamer supports any file type or directories — not
just pictures.
The program
should run on any platform supported by PyGTK (including Windows) but
I have only tested it on Linux.
